Standard Items:
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom Orders:
Because each custom cut case is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

*Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Process:
To start a return, contact us with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
